Since I'm not as active as I was on dA, I removed the approval needed option thing, so basically, you should be able to submit stuff that will be accepted automatically.
I hope it will mostly go in the correct folder as I won't check so much...

I'm pasting the rules again:

Rules!!! (as of july 2nd, 2011)
Submission rule:

No screen caps.
No traced drawings. (exception for vectors)
Customisation will be fine if there's a artsy or real editing effort. (a square cropped icon picture will not do, make a .gif of it, it will.)
No stolen art.
No "motivational" posters unless it's 90% made by you. (90% being the current image, the 10% can be done by the meme generator)
No botched sketches that look like it took 4 seconds to do.
